Kelly is a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with a background in construction, general contracting and new home sales. 2023 marks her 25th year anniversary with Patterson Schwartz!

Paula is a licensed real estate Broker in Delaware and past President of the New Castle County Board of Realtors. She has years of experience in marketing and sales with national homebuilders.
 
Beth is a licensed Realtor in Delaware with a degree in Urban Planning and Housing, and previously worked in new construction sales.
